When designer Benjamin Calleja launched his own fast fine pizza concept, 1889, the focus was on both aesthetics and acoustics. For the first restaurant in central Stockholm, Big Image collaborated as a creative partner to shape the visual and acoustic experience. The result was a refined atmosphere with effective sound control — so successful that fewer speakers were needed when the next location opened.

For the Cannes-nominated film Habemus Papam (We Have a Pope), Big Image helped bring the Sistine Chapel to life with extraordinary precision. When filming inside the Vatican was impossible, set designer Paola Bizzarri teamed up with Big Image to recreate 1,800 m² of exact colours, perspectives, and dimensions. Every detail was carefully crafted to match the original, transforming Nanni Moretti’s ambitious vision into a setting that feels nothing short of divine.
